TechnoDigm™ AV200N Auger Valve and Controller

Auger Valve is designed for dispensing applications which requires good volumetric accuracy. It incorporates a precision motor, which provides high and consistent torque to dispense medium to very high viscosity paste effortlessly. As a precision fluid dispensing valve, it is capable of dispensing micro shots as well as beads. This makes it a versatile tool for applications involving a wide range of adhesives, solder paste, and epoxies (including greases and silicones). Auger Valve is highly suitable for applications like Die Attach, Sealing, Dotting, and Encapsulation. The valve is available in various models ranging from low to high volume flow to cater for your production demands.
 
The new disposable fluid feed tube design allows for faster set up time and less hassle post production process. The disposable fluid feed tube is available in different tube types to cater for different kinds of material such as UV and moisture sensitive materials. The whole chamber assembly can be completely dismantled from the valve’s body for cleaning purpose or just keep it in the fridge for the next production day. The wetted component can be dismantled easily and quickly without any tools.
 
The Auger Valves are paired with AVC6000 controller which can save up to 20 program recipes. The dispensing speed and time can be easily set with its user friendly programming. Retract function is also available to help eliminate the drooling and tailing at the end of dispensing.
