Fluorine Coating
Fluorine coating is a kind of protective coating that has anti-acid and alkali, anti-rust, and insulation functions.
- It has excellent moisture resistance, acid and alkali resistance, rust resistance, and insulation effects.
- Dry quickly. It can dry in a few seconds to 30 minutes at room temperature (varies depending on the concentration of the product).
- Fluorine Coating has low viscosity and is easy to use. It can be used with brushes, spray guns, automatic spraying, and other tools and can also be used by dipping. The coating method is convenient and straightforward, and it is easy to be introduced to the manufacturing process.
- Nonflammable. Fluorinated solvents have the characteristics of non-flammability, low toxicity, and low odor. They are very safe to use and do not violate PRTR law, fire protection law, labor safety law, and other regulations.
- The film thickness is very thin. The ultra-low surface unique fluorine-containing resin film formed after drying, the film thickness is only 3~30μ. (varies depending on the product concentration)
- We have fluorescent products available for production line inspection.
- Edge seams of electronic products, mobile device motherboards, sensor wiring, lithium battery plug-in program substrates
