Everwide GC152-1 UV PSA Series
GC152-1 is 100% UV PSA with high temperature resistance and high tack. It is applied for the adhesive tapes, and it is used for various fields by various thickness. It exhibits excellent tack, good ductility, environmentally-friendly property, and it also maintains its adhesion at high temperature (70°C) to replace traditional solvent-based PSA.
- After UV curing, it has high transmittance, high flexibility and high initial viscosity.
- Before cured by UV, it needs to be covered with release film to prevent oxygen. After curing, it has pressure sensitivity, and has high adhesion strength to common plastic substrates (PMMA, PVC, PS, PC, PET, ABS, PA...), metals (Cu, Al...) and glass.
- After UV curing, it could maintain its viscosity at temperature (70 °C).
- This product has good flexibility and ductility, suitable for the plastic materials with different expansion coefficients.
- This product complies to the 2011/65/EU RoHS regulations.
